RESET A USER
PASSWORD
IN ALOHA
CONFIGURATION
CENTER
- Open Aloha and verify the POS employee number ID for the user that needs a password reset. If you already have knowledge of the employee ID, you can skip to step # 2.
To gather the employee ID # select Maintenance – Labor – Employees - enter the person’s last name under the magnifying glass, after found, take note of the POS Employee number ID. (In example 7878)
- From the top menu, click Maintenance – Labor – Employees – Users
- On the next screen enter the employee ID and click the magnifying glass. The system will find the employee record (see picture below)
- Within the employee, record click the 3 dots next to Reset Password. Enter a Temporary Password and then Save.
- Have the user log in with the temporary password. The system will prompt to enter a new password for the user as shown below.
