Reset a User Password in Aloha CFC

RESET A USER

  1. Open Aloha and verify the POS employee number ID for the user that needs a password reset. If you already have knowledge of the employee ID, you can skip to step # 2.

 

To gather the employee ID # select MaintenanceLaborEmployees - enter the person’s last name under the magnifying glass, after found, take note of the POS Employee number ID. (In example 7878)

 

 

  1. From the top menu, click MaintenanceLaborEmployeesUsers

 

 

 

 

 

  1. On the next screen enter the employee ID and click the magnifying glass. The system will find the employee record (see picture below)

 

 

  1. Within the employee, record click the 3 dots next to Reset Password. Enter a Temporary Password and then Save.

 

 

  1. Have the user log in with the temporary password. The system will prompt to enter a new password for the user as shown below.
