Direct Transfer:

1. While on a call, press transfer and enter the transfer extension or phone number.

Catering Service Center extension is 222.

2. Stay on the line for a warm transfer – speak to the person picking up the transfer before pressing transfer again to release the call.

1. Warm transfer – “Hi Concord, I have Mary on the line who wants to talk to the manager about a customer complaint.”

b. Cold transfer - press transfer once phone rings no introduction

3. To dial another location, enter the restaurants extension number and wait or press send.
   1. This is an easy way to transfer calls between locations as well.

Conferencing Calls:

1. While on a call, press the “more” option and then press the “confrnc” button to start the conference call. This will place the other caller on a hold until you merge calls.
2. Enter the extension that you are trying to add and then press “send” to call the 3^rd person.
3. Once the 3^rd caller has picked up, press “more” and then press “confrnc” again to merge the calls.

**Pro Tip**

• If you have the Ring Central companion app, you can transfer a call from your handset straight to your phone through the Ring Central app. Just open the app while on the call and tap the “Switch call to this device” banner at the top and it will transfer the call over.
