Hotschedules: Changing Employee Status
- From the Hotschedules dashboard, open the directory in the top left
- Go to Staffing > Staff list
- Click the team member you would like to make changes to
- Under the Settings section, click their status (highlighted in orange)
- Set the needed status (Active, Inactive or terminated)
- Enter the reason for the status change
- Make sure to save your changes
