Hotschedules: Changing Employee Status

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. From the Hotschedules dashboard, open the directory in the top left
  2. Go to Staffing > Staff list
  3. Click the team member you would like to make changes to

 

 

 

  1. Under the Settings section, click their status (highlighted in orange)
  2. Set the needed status (Active, Inactive or terminated)
  3. Enter the reason for the status change
  4. Make sure to save your changes
