1. Go to “manager function”
2. Select “86 items”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Type the name of the item you are trying to modify
4. Select the item from the list on the left
5. Once the item is highlighted, select the “set availability” option at the bottom

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. If you are changing the item back to its normal availability, select the “no limit” option
7. If you are setting a certain availability before you run out, use the arrows in the middle to change the quantity on hand
8. If you are trying to 86 and item, select the “not available” option
